Do I need an account?
The core toolkit works without signing up. Optional connected features may need access to an outside service or your own API key.
Why does a tool download something first?
AI, PDF, media and OCR tools may need an engine or model. First use can take longer; subsequent use may reuse cached files.
What should I do if a large file fails?
Try a smaller file, fewer files at once or a desktop browser. Keep your originals and check the supported format and limits shown by the tool.
Can I use all tools offline?
No. Some tools need model downloads or connected services. Browser processing and offline availability are different.
Where is my saved work?
Some tools save work in this browser only. It does not automatically follow you to another device. Export important work before clearing site data.
How should I report a bug?
Include the tool name, browser/device, steps and what you expected. Use a non-sensitive sample; do not send passwords, API keys or private documents.
