Image Resizer FAQ
How do I resize a photo to 20–50 KB for SSC or IBPS forms?
Choose the matching preset, for example "IBPS / SBI photo" or "SSC photo". It sets the size, JPG format and the 20–50 KB range, and picks the JPG quality for you. Drag the crop box around your face, check that the Result shows "Within 20–50 KB", then click Download.
What size should a signature be for IBPS and SBI?
The usual rule is 140 × 60 px, JPG, 10–20 KB, signed in black ink on white paper. Photograph or scan the signature, choose the "IBPS / SBI signature" preset and crop it tightly. Check the current notice, as rules can change.
How do I convert cm to pixels for a photo?
Choose cm as the unit and type the size, for example 3.5 × 4.5 cm. Pixels depend on the DPI: at 200 DPI, 3.5 × 4.5 cm is 276 × 354 px. The tool shows the pixel size and saves the DPI in the file.
Why is my photo stretched or cut off?
When the new size has different proportions from your photo, choose how to handle it: Crop to fill (you pick the area), Fit inside (adds a coloured border) or Stretch. Turn on "Keep proportions" to resize the whole photo without changing its shape.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Resizing, cropping and compression run in your browser, so your photo and signature never leave your device.
What is the difference between resizing and compressing a photo?
Resizing changes the width and height in pixels. Compressing keeps the size but lowers the file size in KB. This tool does both when you set a KB limit; for many photos at once, use the Image Compressor.
